Chris

Chris has more than twenty years across strategy, investment governance and business transformation, including in organisations responsible for more than $30 billion in assets. He focuses on how a business actually works, including how information moves and where process and reality have come apart.

He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce, and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

Leigh

Leigh brings senior finance and CFO experience across major ASX-listed businesses and complex, high-stakes operations. She focuses on whether the numbers are reliable, whether the economics can carry the next stage, and whether the management information is good enough to make decisions on.

A Chartered Accountant, Leigh has a simple view of what strong finance should do: sharpen decisions, improve accountability, and give the business a firm base to build from.
